Legal Notice

Failure to notify Letconsult Behavioral Education Services, Inc. D.B.A. UtahDUIclass.com by phone call at (801) 474-9669 of your inability to attend the class for which you have registered 24 hours prior to the start of said class, OR failure to attend the first class in the four-class series, OR failure to complete each of the four-class series that comprise the 16-hour PRIME For Life class, will result in client forfeiture of the full cost of the class and client will NOT be permitted to return to this company... Ever.
